Trevor Gore of Drainco Ltd has undertaken a lot of work at this school over the years. This work has included general maintenance and blocked drains and sewers that occur from time to time.

However, Trevor has also resolved two major issues. The first was where a Victorian public sewer collapsed under a temporary classroom and the second was where new buildings had been built over the outlet pipe from a toilet. Both jobs required considerable investigation, ground works, new chambers, piping, sewers and making good of tarmac, grass and gardens.

In my experience Trevor and his team always carry out their work with great diligence, care and professional pride. He has a good sense of humour and has always kept me well informed of the issues, problems and solutions. He also reacts quickly to calls when an emergency occurs.

I have always been more than happy with his work and recommend him to you without reservation.

I am writing to say how satisfied we were with the cycle track you provided at St Peters School.
The workmanship was second to none and the brief was followed exactly as we required with the work being completed well within the timescale.

Health & safety whilst working on site was adhered to at all times by all members of your staff which is of the up most importance to us as we had both children and staff on site during the time the work was being carried out.

Our school premises was left clean and tidy upon completion of the job and you and your staff were polite and courteous at all times.

Work was undertaken at Downend School in November 2014 following numerous problems with backed up drains, Trevor and his team quickly identified the problem and excavated and repaired the damaged section of pipe. After completion of the works Drainco undertook a full survey of the drains and identified an area that had never been connected to the main sewer. After getting several quotes to rectify the drain problems Drainco were awarded the job and undertook the work at short notice during the school term. Drainco's customer care and Health and Safety objectives were faultless. Everything was done with respect, courtesy and understanding in what can be a busy and hectic environment with over 1000 students on site.

Due to the work involved, what could have been a very messy job was dealt with in a very competent and tidy manner. We are grateful to Trevor and his team who have totally eradicated all of the earlier problems.

Drainco have been used by the school for several years to deal with any drainage issues and the level of service received has always been outstanding, I have no hesitation in recommending them to others.
